用筛选出的5对ISSR引物对'Sorbonne'、'Tiber'和'Cobra'3个东方百合品种杂交获得的40个组合进行分析。采用NTSY Spc软件的UPGMA方法构建的亲缘关系较能显示其谱系关系。其中编号为P23和P21的引物在本研究中具有较高的分辨率。
Forty progenies obtained from 4 combinations of crosses among 3 oriental lily cultivars 'Sorbonne','Tiber'and'Cobra'were analyzed with the screened 5 pairs of ISSR primers.The genetic relationships constructed with UPGMA method of NTSY Spc software quite shows their linage relationship.And the primers numbered with P23 and P21 possess relatively high resolution in the present research.
