This article discusses the preparation methods and the development of white LED with low color temperature and high color rendering index,focusing on analysis of photochromic parameters of this white LED,and pointing out the difficult preparation technology on this white LED.Watt-level high-power white LED is preparated,its color is as high as 93.After 1,000 hours aging,the color temperature drifts,however,the color rendering index is still above 83.
