From the research actuality of SAR-image processing and application,it is recognized that the pattern of SAR-image integrated with visible light-image,but this pattern is not perfect.In this paper,we explored a new method that SAR-image is enhanced and fused without visible light-image data,we brought forward a new arithmetic that SAR-image enhancement and fusion was based on improved IHS.It was proved that the improved method had better contrast and definition.
