复合材料结构在刚度、强度和耐久性方面具有许多优点。由于混凝土组合结构由钢板覆盖,因此不容易直接从表面检查内部。因此,我们一直在研究中子背散射无损检测方法,以检查是否有足够的填充混凝土从钢板一侧在浇筑或在服务。然而,许多钢加劲构件附接在钢板内部,这可能是无损检测期间的影响因素。本文研究了组合板内设置钢加劲构件对钢筋混凝土板RI值的影响,并对计算结果的评价进行了讨论。
Composite structures have many advantages to stiffness, strength, and durability. Since the concrete composite structure is covered with steel plates, it is not easy to inspect inside directly from the surface. Therefore, we have been studying the neutron backscatter nondestructive test method to check the adequate filling of concrete from the steel plate side during placing or in the service. However, many steel stiffening members are attached inside of steel plates, which may be influencing factors during a nondestructive inspection. In this paper, the effect of steel stiffening members inside composite slabs on RI counts was investigated, and discussed about the evaluation of the results.
