High Quality Analysis of Millet Variety 'Jingu 21'

对优质谷子品种晋谷21号的营养、食味及微量元素进行了分析。并与其它谷子品种如秦州黄、晋谷米及其它谷类作物如稻、麦等进行了营养成分比较。结果表明，晋谷21号的产量上级优于其它主要粮食作物。也是深加工的优质品种。
Nutrition, taste, and trace elements of quality millet variety 'Jingu 21' were analyzed. The nutrition of 'Jingu 21' composition was compared with other millet varieties, such as 'Qinzhouhuang', 'Jingumi' and other cereal such as rice and wheat. The results indicated that 'Jingu 21' was superior to other main grain crops. It was a high quality variety for deeply processing also.
