The purpose of this paper is to design congestion controllers for TCP/AQM networks using gain scheduled state predictive control. The gain scheduled state predictive control is based on state predictive control for input time delay systems and gain scheduling. The proceduce to design controllers is proposed. The effectiveness of designed congestion controllers are illustrated.
