The article presents several studies which evaluate the monogenic diabetes management. Most of the studies applied molecular genetic differential diagnosis to determine the level of insulin resistance and pancreatic conditions of patients within six months. Based on experimental result, neonatal diabetes and maturity onset diabetes of the young (MODY) have showed effective clinical heterogeneity conditions.
