AAB20112. 1), carried out with the sequence import function. The site of mutation D396N, associated with Denys–Drash syndrome, has been highlighted (in yellow) in the sequence and structure windows. From the 3D structure view it is clear that the corresponding residue in the mouse protein is involved in protein–DNA interaction.
