目的：目的探讨长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）FER 1 L4在骨肉瘤诊断和预后评估中的潜在作用。Kaplan-Meier法分析lncRNA FER 1 L4表达与骨肉瘤患者生存期的关系。LncRNA FER 1 L4与患者的性别和年龄无关，但与疾病分期、转移和肿瘤分化明显相关。结论：IncRNA FER 1 L4的低表达可能是骨肉瘤的预后标志物。
OBJECTIVE: To Investigate the potential role of Long non-coding RNA (IncRNA) FER1L4 in the diagnosis and prognostic assessment of osteosarcoma.PATIENTS AND METHODS: LncRNA FER1L4 expression in osteosarcoma samples was detected by real-time PCR. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between IncRNA FER1L4 expression and the survival time of patients.RESULTS: LncRNA FER1L4 expression was decreased in osteosarcoma samples. LncRNA FER1L4 was not related to the gender and age of patients, but was significantly associated with disease stage, metastasis, and tumor differentiation.CONCLUSIONS: Low-expression of IncRNA FER1L4 might be a prognostic marker in osteosarcoma.
