The article presents a research that examines an iterative synthesis which was developed for the benzoylurea oligomers by using monomer units, secondary amide and isocyanate, derived from aminobenzoic acid. It observes the findings of helical conformation based on ɑ-helix mimicry. It discusses methodologies used in the study such as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and concludes that benzoylurea derivatives can act as helix mimetics in disrupting B-cell lymphoma interactions.
