In this paper, we consider the complete latticeQ(L) of all quotients of a completely distributive latticeL. We show thatQ(L) is not a completely distributive lattice even forLa completely distributive algebraic lattice. Some necessary and sufficient conditions forQ(L) to be a completely distributive lattice are given.
