A chemical investigation of Orostachys cartilaginea Borissova (Crassulaceae) led to the isolation of 28 compounds, including 12 flavonoids (1–10, 25–26), 9 phenols (11–19), 3 succinates (20–22), 2 sterols (23–24), 1-β-d-ribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole (27), and sedoheptulosan (28). Among them, 10 compounds (10, 13–16, 20–22, 25, and 27), from genus Orostachys. All the 28 compounds were obtained for the first time from the investigated plant. In addition, the chemotaxonomic significance of these ingredients was also discussed.
