MPC30-DEA70/c-myc AS-ODN complexes were formed at different N/P ratios and transferred into HeLa cells. The complexes were studied using gel electrophoresis, fluorescent microscopy, FCM, and MTT assay. It was shown that the novel cationic phosphorylcholine copolymer MPC30–DEA70could load and transport human c-myc antisense oligonucleotides. The transfection efficiency of the complexes and cell growth inhibition were significantly enhanced with increasing of N/P ratios.
