The primary goal of the Bennett College RCMS Project is to increase the pool of ethnic minority females matriculating in science, engineering and mathematics and pursuing advanced degrees in these areas. The program will provide academic, social and professional enrichment activities designed to foster success in completing the bachelor-level degree in SEM. The degree production in the Bennett College Division of Natural Sciences, over the past five years, in 25% of the total graduates.
