Group Travel Grant to 2005 IEEE International Conference on Computer Vision in Beijing, China October 15-21, 2005

由IEEE计算机协会主办的年度IEEE计算机视觉国际会议（ICCV）是计算机视觉领域质量和数量最好的活动之一，并作为一个论坛聚集了国际研究人员，介绍和讨论新兴技术。 该项目将支持大约35名美国研究人员参加将于2005年10月15日至21日在中国北京举行的2005年ICCV。 主要目的是帮助美国研究人员参加这一重要的国际会议，否则他们无法参加会议。美国研究人员将通过展示研究成果、与来自世界各地的研究人员进行讨论和交流信息，保持在研究领域的高度竞争地位。该项目大力支持少数群体研究人员和学生，他们参加2005年国际公民投票会议需要财政支持。

The annual IEEE International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV), sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society, is one of the best events in terms of quality and quantity in the areas of computer vision, and has served as a forum gathering international researchers for presentation and discussion of emerging technologies. This project is to support about 35 U.S. researchers to participate in the 2005 ICCV that will be held in Beijing, China October 15-21, 2005. The primary objective is to help U.S. researchers participate in this key international conference, who could not otherwise attend the Conference. U.S. researchers will maintain a highly competitive position in research by presenting research results, discussion, and exchange information with researchers from all over the world. This project strongly supports minority group researchers and students who would need financial support for their participation in the 2005 ICCV.
