Processes of Knowledge Co-production for Adaptation Decision-making in Semi-Arid Regions

半干旱地区适应决策的知识联合生产过程这一为期两年的项目，由一名生物学家/科学政策学者、一名地理学家和科罗拉多大学的两名研究生实施，将记录知识目前是如何生产、表达、表现、传播和纳入半干旱地区行为者的应对和适应决策的。他们的成果有望为更好地整合科学知识和地方知识提供手段，从而改善从事畜牧业的人在资产管理和资源分配方面的决策。结果还将与政策制定者和科学家分享。

Processes of Knowledge Co-production for Adaptation Decision-making in Semi-Arid RegionsThis two-year project, undertaken by a biologist/science policy scholar, a geographer, and two graduate students from the University of Colorado, will document how knowledge is currently produced, articulated, represented, transmitted, and incorporated within coping and adaptation decisions by actors in semi-arid regions. Their results promise to provide the means for better integrating scientific and local knowledge so as to improve decision-making regarding asset management and allocation of resources among those engaged in animal husbandry. Results will also be shared with policy makers and scientists.
