本研究旨在阐明RNA剪接对减数分裂的调控机制。1)我正在寻找一组异质核RNA是一种试图获得减数分裂特异的、XY体特异性剪接靶标的hnRNA，与Rbmy结合。为了详细考察条件，采用Rbmy免疫共沉淀法在精原细胞来源的细胞系NEC14中成功鉴定了部分hnRNA Rbmy加入组。2)试图产生针对Rbmy的shRNA表达敲除小鼠，通过构建敲除载体在细胞水平上进行研究，它被构建在该载体上以被PolII控制的敲除组织特异性方式。
