Developing Educational Guidelines about Nursing Care in Psychiatric Seclusion Room

本研究的目的是制定有关精神科隔离室护理的教育指南。为了阐明其目的，本研究进行了两项研究。首先，通过对36例精神科隔离病房护理案例的文献回顾，发现护理干预有5个特点。然后，通过访谈研究明确了精神科护理实践的核心，共8个主题，并从11个方面对其进行了解读。在这些研究的共同主题中，研究表明，精神科护士专注于与处于任何状态的患者建立信任关系。

The purpose of this study was to develop Educational Guidelines about Nursing Care in Psychiatric Seclusion Room. In order to clarify its purpose, two researches were conducted. First, Literature review from 36 case studies about nursing care in psychiatric seclusion room revealed that there are 5 characteristics of nursing interventions. Then, interview research was done to clarify the core of the practice as psychiatric nursing, there were 8 themes, and they were interpreted by aspects of 11 experiences. Common themes in these studies, it was revealed that psychiatric nurse was focused on building a trust relationship with the patients who were even in any state.
