Developing Human-Resource-Development Program for Staff of Community Spaces for Adolescent Children

本研究的最终目的是创造一个能够公平、健康地培养青少年儿童的社区环境。特别是2013年，以明确青少年儿童对当地社区设施和人力资源的需求，以及开发面向社区空间工作人员的人力资源开发（HRD）项目为目标，对2,000名青少年儿童进行了问卷调查，在国外4个城市进行了实地调查，并对自尊与时间洞察力的相关性进行了研究。我们发现了一些影响青少年儿童动机和心理稳定的因素，并澄清了社区空间工作人员的技能和心态。当前阶段正在尝试和改进人力资源开发计划，该计划得到了一家非营利组织的支持，该组织正在为学生创建一个社区空间日本市川市。

The final purpose of this research is creating community environment that can foster adolescent children fairly and healthily. In particular, there were two aims in 2013: clarifying needs of adolescent children about facilities and human resources in their local communities, and developing a Human-Resource-Development (HRD) program for staff of community spaces.In this year, we did some questionnaires toward to 2,000 adolescent children, field research in four foreign cities, and research about correlation between self-esteem and time perspective. We uncovered some factors that influence adolescent children's motivation and mental stability, and clarified skill-set and mind-set as staff of community spaces.Current phase is trying and improving the HRD program being supported by a non-profit organization that is creating a community space for students in Ichikawa City, Japan.
