Research on the construction of collection/conveyance system that aims at the recycling-based society

1废物管理的区域性规划和废物收集系统的效率本研究的目的是考虑废物收集效率，以制定废物处理和处置的区域性规划。在城市生活垃圾管理方面，考虑收集效率，分析了区域一体化的最优规模，并给出了各一体化区域最合适的垃圾处理方案组合。2家电回收逆向物流及其优化本研究的目的是优化家电回收系统的逆向物流规划。提出了用线性规划遗传算法（GALP）求解设施选址问题和运输问题。首先，我们将收集系统视为一个网络模型。并以东京为例进行了实证研究，结果表明GALP的应用对逆向物流领域的组合优化问题的求解是有益的。3关于建立自来水厂污泥综合管理系统的建议及可行性研究为建立循环型社会，提出了污泥综合管理系统，并对污泥的高效处理处置进行了研究。本文主要工作如下：（1）提出了自来水厂污泥处理处置一体化系统的方案，（2）对污泥一体化管理系统的经济效益进行了评价。

1 Area-wide Planning of Waste Management and the Efficiency of Waste Collection SystemThe purpose of this study was to consider the waste collection efficiency for the area-wide planning of waste treatment and disposal. On the municipal solid waste management, we analyzed the optimal scale on areal integration, considering the collection efficiency, and showed the most suitable combination of waste treatment scenarios at each of the integrated areas.2 Reverse Logistics of Electric Home Appliance Recycling and Its OptimizationThe purpose of this study was to optimize the planning of reverse logistics for the recycling system of electric household appliance. We proposed the genetic algorithms with linear programming (GALP) to solve the facility location problem and the transportation problem. Firstly, we considered the collection system as a network model. And we conducted a case study of Tokyo, it was revealed that the application of GALP was useful for the solution of the combinatorial optimization problem in the field of reverse logistics.3 Proposal for Establishing the Sludge Integrated Management System of Water and Sewage Works and the Feasibility StudyToward the establishment of the Recycling-based Society, we proposed a sludge integrated management system and researched on the efficient sludge treatment and disposal. What we have done is as follows: (1) a proposal of the integrated system for the sludge treatment and disposal of water and sewage works, and (2) an evaluation of the economic efficiency of the sludge integrated management system.
