Dynamic Reversible Control of Nano-structures in Strongly Correlated Soft Materials

众所周知，具有不相容组分的嵌段和接枝共聚物等复杂聚合物在本体中形成自组装结构。这些多相周期结构随分子量、组分聚合物组成和链连接性等分子参数的变化而变化。首先，研究了ABCA四嵌段聚合物的本体结构，发现该共聚物分子形成了不对称结构。其次，研究了环状嵌段共聚物的形态特征。结果表明，相同分子质量的环状嵌段共聚物分子的纵向链尺寸比线型三嵌段共聚物分子的链尺寸小。

It is well established that complex polymers such as block-and graft copolymers with incompatible components form self-assembled structures in bulk. These multiphase periodic structures are known to change their morphologies depending on molecular parameters such as molecular weight, compositions of component polymers and chain connectivity etc. Firstly, bulk structures of ABCA tetrablock polymers have been investigated and found that asymmetric structures was formed by this copolymer molecule. Secondly, morphological features of cyclic block copolymers has been studied. It was found that the chain dimension along the longitudinal direction for a cyclic block copolymer is quantitatively smaller than that of a linear triblock copolymer molecule with the same molecular weight.
