Studies on Synthesis of Cyclic Conjugate Diynene Systems

1)本文报道了双环[3，3，1]壬烷体系的合成。在刘易斯酸存在下，用4酰化1，4-二甲氧基苯得到5，产率很低。2）共轭二炔体系的合成（12）由环氧环烷烃（8）合成三氟甲磺酸乙烯酯（11），如以下方案所示。11至12的改造正在调查中。

1) An attempt to synthesize bicyclo [3, 3, 1] nonane systemsSulfoxide (2) was transformed to acid chloride (4) in several steps. Acylation of 1, 4-dimethoxybenzene by use of 4 in the presence of Lewis acid gave 5 in a miserable yield.2) A synthesis of conjugate diynene systems (12)Vinyl triflate (11) was synthesized from cycloalkene oxide (8) as shown in following scheme. Transformation of 11 to 12 is being under investigation.
