Treatment result of chronic muscle pain patients in orofacial region associated with stress

为评价口腔面部慢性肌痛的治疗效果，分析治疗前后临床检查及VAS记录的变化。所有患者均存在障碍至少6个月（25.4(SY.+- .[)49.8）)，然后采取保守治疗，如矫形夹板、物理治疗、生物反馈训练和日常自我管理。处理初期的颌口开口范围为31.9(]SY.+- . [)11.0 mm，处理后增至40.7(]SY.+- . [)6.7 mm。从治疗前后的VAS记录来看，主观症状有所改善。在心理问卷调查中发现了这些患者的具体方面，其中73.3%的人被归类为异常范围。

To evaluate the treatment effect of chronic muscle pain in orofacial region, changes of clinical examination and VAS recordings before and after treatment were analyzed. All of the patients had the disturbance at least 6 months (25.4(]SY.+-。[)49.8), then treated in conservative manner, such as orthopedic splint, physical therapy, biofeedback training and self management in daily basis. Jaw opening range of 31.9(]SY.+-。[)11.0 mm at initial stage of treatment increased up to 40.7(]SY.+-。[)6.7 mm after treatment. From the VAS recordings before and after treatment, subjective symptoms revealed to be improved. Specific aspect of these patients were found in the psychological questionnaires of which 73.3% of them were categorized out of normal range.
