The role of education of legal history in our time - in relation to the beginning and advancement of study of legal history in Japan

1)研究了日本第一位大陆法律史学者栗尾武夫关于法律史教育的学说。2)考察了对日本法律史教育的批评。3)为了阐明法律教育在当今时代的作用，我采访了六位日本的法律史学家，了解他们的法律历史教育政策。4)我在日本科学委员会举办的研讨会上做了关于法律教育作用的报告。

Purpose of this study was to clarify the role of education of legal history.1) I researched the doctrine of the first continental legal historian in Japan, Takeo Kuriu about education of legal history.2) I examined criticisms on. the education of legal history in Germany (the Weimar Republic), where he had stayed for his study.3) In order to clarify the role of legal education in our time, I interviewed six legal historians in Japan about their policy of education of legal history.4) I made the report about the role of legal education in symposium held by Science Council of Japan.
