Japanese Discourse Study for Developing the Teaching Method of Conversation

本研究的目的是开发教学方法，以提高日语学习者在进行会话时的交际能力，从语言和非语言两个方面都符合日语的观点。为此，我们根据课堂上多次录制的“会话测试”视频数据，对日语会话中可能导致学习者“不自然”的言语和非言语行为进行了识别和检验。在测试中，学习者与老师沟通以完成他或她的目的，如传递信息、请求许可、请老师写推荐信等等。此外，我们还比较分析了日语母语者和学习者在相同情景下的语篇差异和相似之处。并对“会话测验”进行了评价，使其成为一种更有效的日语会话教学方法。我们的研究可以分为以下三个部分：1。对话结束部分的研究“会话测验”的有效性研究对话中听者角色的研究

The purpose of this research is to develop teaching methods to improve Japanese learners' communication proficiency in carrying out a conversation appropriate from the Japanese point of view, both in verbal and non-verbal aspects.For this purpose, we identified and examined verbal and non-verbal behaviors which could cause the learners'"unnaturalness" in the Japanese conversation, based on data derived from the video of "conversation quiz" recorded several times in class. In the quiz, a learner communicated with a teacher to accomplish his or her purposes such as giving messages, asking for permission, asking a teacher to write a recommendation letter, and so on. Furthermore, we compared and analyzed differences and similarities found between the discourse of Japanese native speakers and the learners in the same situations.Also, the evaluation of "conversation quiz" was conducted to enhance it to a more effective teaching method of the conversation in Japanese.Our research can be categorized into the following three parts :1. Research on the closing part of conversation2. Research on effectiveness of "conversation quiz"3. Research on the roles of listeners in conversation
