Economic Evaluation Models for Urban Revitalization Policies

日本最关注的是城市振兴政策。因为在当今社会，任何政策都应该进行量化和科学的评估。特别是，在老龄化社会和人口下降趋势下提高生产率和生活质量的政策是经济评估中具有挑战性的主题。城市振兴政策在城市地区引起的住宅和商业搬迁是问题的核心，因此应该对其进行评估。这项研究涉及以下主题：i)土地调查的经济效益，减少土地信息中的风险ii)人口下降大都市区交通政策的影响ii)城市轨道交通发展影响的空间统计分析v)老年人公共服务的空间重新分配v)老化基础设施的更换主题i)和v)主题i)和v)仍在理论讨论中，但其他主题已经在实际政策分析中应用。

Urban revitalization policy is the most concern in Japan. Since any polices should be evaluated quantitatively and scientifically in these days. In particular, policies for improving productivity and quality of life in aging society and population decline trend are challenging topics in economic evaluation. Residential and business relocations in urban area caused by urban revitalization policy is at the heart of the issue so that they should be evaluated.This study has truckled with the following topics.i)Economic benefit of land survey that reduces risks in land informationii)Impacts of Transport Policies in population declining metropolitan areaiii)Spatial statistical analysis of development impacts by urban railiv)Spatial reallocation of public service for elderly peoplev)Replacement of aging infrastructureThe topics i) and v) are still in theoretical discussion but the others are already to be applied in practical policy analysis.
