Development of Subcriticality Monitor for Accelerator-Driven Subcritical System Based on Rossi-alpha Method

为了研制加速器驱动亚临界系统（ADS）安全运行所必需的亚临界监测装置，基于罗西-阿尔法法研制了一种实时连续测量系统。此外，基于探测器重要函数理论，推导了新的罗西- α公式。根据这一新公式，要将所提出的测量系统应用于低中子倍率、高反应堆功率的ADS，需要一种有效积累相关中子的数据处理装置。

In order to develop a subcriticality monitor, which is necessary for safety operation of Accelerator-Driven Subcritical System (ADS), a real-time, continuous measuring system for alpha-value was developed based on Rossi-alpha method. Moreover, a new Rossi-alpha formula was derived based on detector-importance function theory. According to this new formula, a device for data-processing procedure accumulating correlation neutrons effectively is necessary to apply the measuring system proposed to ADS's that operate with low neutron multiplication and high reactor power.
