International student mobility and transnational education in the Asia and Pacific

本研究的目的是通过实地调研的实证分析，厘清亚太地区国际学生流动与跨国教育的现状与问题。因此，国际学生流动是由政府、机构和个人层面的许多战略通过跨越国界的跨国项目引起的，这使得以亚太地区为基础的国际学生流动更加多样化和多层次，即中东和非洲国家的流动以及向西方国家的流动。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the current situation and issues of international student mobility and transnational education in the Asia and Pacific by the empirical analysis with field works. As a result, the international student mobility has been caused by many strategies of governments, institutions and individual levels through transnational programs beyond national boundaries, which has made the more diversified and multilayered international students flow based on Asia and Pacific, i.e. the flows from the Middle East and African countries as well as the flow to the Western countries.
