Consideration for the classification of developmental disorders and the educational supports using neuropsychological test.

本研究采用神经心理学测验对注意缺陷多动障碍（AD/HD）和广泛性发育障碍（PDD）儿童的认知能力进行了研究。采用庆应义塾威斯康星州卡片分类测验对5 ~ 15岁的AD/HD和PDD儿童进行认知功能测试，并与同龄正常儿童进行比较。关于对发育障碍儿童的教育支持，介绍了神经心理测试的一些实际应用实例。

This study was performed in order to examine the cognitive abilities of children with attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD) and pervasive developmental disorder (PDD) by using the neuropsychological test. Differences in cognitive profile were observed in AD/HD and PDD aged 5 to 15 years compared to the age matched typically developing children by the Keio version Wisconsin Card Sorting Test. Concerning the educational supports for children with developmental disorders, some examples of practical applications of the neuropsychological tests were presented.
