Study on Differences in Nursing Techniques between Japan and Developing Countries

本研究的目的是澄清日本和发展中国家在护理和技术方面的差异，从而寻求适合各自接受国情况的国际护理合作。从日本国际协力机构向发展中国家派遣志愿护士的活动报告中选取日本护理差异的描述，并进行半结构化访谈。数据参照一些报告中的基本护理和助产技能进行分类（卫生、劳动和福利部）。许多声明涉及预防感染技能。鉴于对护理差异的描述和可能影响实践的背景，我们认为这些不同的护理实践可以分为六类。

The purposes of this study are to clarify differences in nursing care and techniques between Japan and developing countries and thereby to pursue international nursing cooperation suited to the situations of respective recipient countries. Descriptions of nursing differences from Japan were selected from the activities reports of volunteer nurses dispatched by Japan International Cooperation Agency to developing countries and semi-structured interviews were also conducted. The data was categorized with reference to basic nursing and midwifery skills of some reports (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare). Many statements concerned infection prevention skills. Given the descriptions on differences in nursing and probable background that may be affecting practices, it is considered that such different nursing practices may be classified in six categories.
