Validation of teaching method using Objective Structured Clinical Examinations which aim to test an achievement of nursing skills at a time of graduation

在这项研究中，护理实践的教育目标，在每一个学年结束和毕业时间明确。在此基础上，每学年末对学生进行护理技能测试。结果由教学人员反映到责任主体的内容和方法中。学生们被激励去掩盖他们的弱点，这些弱点通过测试被澄清，并试图提高技能。经过三年的实践，发现学生从该系统中受益，为病人的临床实践。

In this study, the educational goals of nursing practice at every end of the academic year and a time of graduation were clarified. Based of them, at the every end of the academic year, nursing skills of the students were tested. The results were reflected to the contents and methods of the responsible subjects by the academic staff. Students were motivated to cover their weak points which were clarified by the test and tried to improve the skills. After three years practice, it is found that the students benefit from the system for clinical practice for patients.
