Reliable Urban freight transport systems for supporting safe, secured and comfortable cities

本文提出了一种新的城市货运系统成本可靠性评价模型，采用带时间窗的车辆路径与调度问题（VRPTW）模型，考虑可变行程时间的动态路径选择。此外，我们开发了一个多目标VRPTW模型，最大限度地减少总的旅行时间和风险的居民接触到交通事故的危险品运输。这些模式有助于建立更可靠的城市货运系统，支持安全、可靠和舒适的城市。

This research presents a new model for evaluating the cost reliability of urban freight transport systems using the vehicle routing and scheduling problem with time windows (VRPTW) model with the dynamic route choice considering variable travel times. As well we developed a multi-objective VRPTW model which minimizes the total travel times and risks of exposure of residents to traffic accidents of hazardous material transport. These models help establishing more reliable urban freight transport systems supporting safe, secured and comfortable cities.
