利用裂殖酵母高效表达人膜蛋白微粒体前列腺素E2合成酶1(MPGES1)。建立了纯化方法。重组mPGES1除N-末端蛋氨酸残基缺失外，没有翻译后修饰，具有较高的比活性。在两种结晶条件下对重组mPGES1进行了结晶。
英文摘要
Human membrane protein microsomal prostaglandin E2 synthase 1(mPGES1) was overexpressed using Schizosaccharomyces pombe. The purification method was established. The recombinant mPGES1 was free from the post-translational modification except for the deletion of the N-terminal methionine residue, and had a higher specific activity. The recombinant mPGES1 was crystallized in the two crystallization conditions.
