Creation of molecular therapy for gastrointestinal cancer using inhibition of intra cellular molecular transport and regulation of epigenetics

从基因转导、翻译和蛋白质合成的调控方面进行了研究，以期为胃肠道肿瘤的分子治疗开辟新的途径。此外，我们还尝试了抑制细胞内的分子转运，以达到同样的目的。我们发现抑制基因表达酶的新分子对基因治疗有很好的效果。并且该分子具有抗肿瘤作用。细胞核与细胞质之间分子运输的调节导致细胞死亡。这些新分子是转化研究的重要种子，对胃肠道肿瘤分子治疗的新发展极为有用。

In order to create new molecular therapy for gastrointestinal cancer, we have planed the regulation of gene transduction, translation and protein synthesis. Furthermore, we have tried inhibition of intracellular molecular transport for the same purpose. We found that new molecule which inhibit enzyme for genetic expression have good efficieny for gene therapy. And this molecule was revealed anti-tumor action. The regulation of molecular transportation between nuclear and cytoplasm have induced cell death. These new molecules are important seeds for translational research and extremely useful for new development of molecular therapy for gastrointestinal cancer.
