Research and Development of Measurement Scales and Assessment Tools on Native Language Skills of Foreign Children (Native Speakers of Filipino Attending Schools in Japan)

1.本研究以菲律宾籍学童为研究对象，编制了由词汇量、逻辑思维能力、认知思维能力和阅读理解能力组成的菲律宾语技能测量量表和三级评估工具.随后，我对兵库县和大坂县的26名小学生进行了上述测试，并根据上述测试结果，就如何科普儿童母语的保持和日语及其他科目的学习，向各自的学校管理部门提出了一些建议。

1. I formulated measurement scales and three-level assessment tools on Filipino language skills composed of vocabulary, logical thinking skill, cognitive thinking skill and reading comprehension, which are intended for the school children with Philippine roots.2. I subsequently administered the said test to 26 students attending elementary schools in Hyogo Prefecture and Osaka Prefecture, and gave some suggestions to the respective school administrations on what to do to cope with the maintenance of the children' s mother tongue and the studies of Japanese language and other subjects, based on the results of the said test.
