The application of new bladder cancer marker protein,peripurakin, to urinary cytology and functional analysis.

通过对大分子量的蛋白质组学分析，我们发现了一种新的肿瘤标志蛋白--periplakin，它在膀胱癌中消失了。目的：建立尿液中PPL的非关键性检测方法，并在免疫组化分析中检测PPL的出现。在这项研究中，与对照组相比，癌症患者组中尿液中转移上皮细胞的PPL出现显著减少。因此，将PPL免疫染色与尿细胞学检查结合起来，可提高诊断率。

We found the novel cancer marker protein, periplakin, which disappeared appearance by proteomics analysis of the large molecular weight in bladder cancer. We aimed to establish the noncritical inspection method in urine and examining the PPL appearance in the immunohistochemical analysis. In this study, PPL appearance by the shift epithelial cell in urine has significantly decreased in the cancer patient group compared with the control group. Consequently, it was done by immunostaining of PPL and urinary cytology and using it together the possibility of improving the diagnosis.
