Development of the Medical Safety Sensitivity Training Program for the Nursing Students by Kiken Yochi Training (KYT)

本研究旨在探讨KYT对护生进行医疗安全感受性训练的效果。在《护理临床实习》前、后对学员进行医疗安全敏感性培训。第一次采用了插图KYT，第二次采用了动画KYT。总而言之，KYT动画对于他们对风险的积极和多样化的猜测是有效的。体验过《护理临床实习》的学生对自身的医疗安全意识较强。

The purpose of this study is clarify the effect of the medical safety sensibility training to the student nurse by KYT. Before "Clinical practice of nursing" and after that, the medical safety sensitivity training to the student was executed. Illustrated KYT was adopted first, and the second times adopted Animated KYT. In conclusion, Animated KYT was effective for the active and diversified guess of the risk that they did. The student who had experienced "Clinical practice of nursing" was conscious of the own medical safety sensibility.
