The Relation between Cardiac Autonomic function and Short Nocturnal Sleep in Children

对3岁婴幼儿及小学生进行了夜间短睡眠与生活方式、自主神经关系的调查，发现每天睡眠时间少于630分钟的3岁婴幼儿交感神经和副交感神经功能存在缺陷，并根据小学生生活方式与父母生活方式的关系，探讨了小学生夜间短睡眠与生活方式、自主神经的关系。父母每天晚归的小学生睡眠时间似乎较短，为了保持孩子的健康，建议每天充足的睡眠时间应超过630分钟。因此，有必要重新审视父母的睡眠时间观念和生活方式。

The relationships between short nocturnal sleep and life style/autonomic nerve were investigated for 3 year infants and pupils.Depressions in the function of sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve were recognized for the 3 year infants whose total sleeping times were less than 630minutes per day.Based on the relationship between life style of pupil and that of his/her parents, the pupils whose parents are late in coming home everyday seem to be short in sleeping time.In order to keep children's health, it is suggested that adequate sleeping time more than 630minutes per day is important. Therefore, it is necessary to review the parent's sense about sleeping time and life style.
