Dietary guidance for obese children and their families using a Model Nutritional Balance Chart

本研究为肥胖儿童及其家庭编制了一套简便易行的营养平衡表。结果表明，6个月后，干预组儿童超重率明显下降，而对照组儿童超重率呈上升趋势。在本研究中，调查了MNBC对老年糖尿病患者及其主要照顾者的自我照顾。结果：干预组HbA1c在6个月后显著降低，而对照组HbA1c无明显变化。

In the present study, an easily handled Model Nutritional Balance Chart (MNBC) for obese children and their families was investigated. In result, the Percentage Overweight was significantly decreased after 6 months in the intervention group, while the Percentage Overweight in the control children showed a tendency to increase. In the present study, MNBC for self-care dependent older patients with diabetes mellitus and their primary caregivers was investigated. In result, HbA1c was significantly decreased after 6 months in the intervention group, while HbA1c in the control group did not change.
