RESEARCH OF EDUCATION PROGRAM OF CIPO(CHIEF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OFFICER)

在日本，如今知识产权管理的重要性与日俱增。特别是，CIPO(首席知识产权官)作为企业管理的领导者，推动战略知识产权管理正受到人们的关注。本研究旨在解决这一问题。我们向提交了大量专利申请量的日本和美国/欧盟的多家公司提供了问卷调查，这是基于对以前的问卷按每年提交的专利申请量进行分类的比率分析。最后，金泽理工学院一直在根据研究结果为自己的硕士学位课程和CIPO教育课程做准备。

In Japan, the importance of intellectual property management is increasing these days. Especially, the CIPO(Chief Intellectual Property Officer) is attracting attention as a leader in enterprise management to promote strategic intellectual property management. This study intends to remedy this situation. We provided questionnaire surveys to various companies in Japan and US/EU that submitted a high volume of patent applications which is based on the ratio analysis of previous questionnaires classified by the volume of submitted patent applications per year. And finally, Kanazawa Institute of Technology has been equipping oneself for a Master degree program along with programs in CIPO education based on the results of research.
