Labor supply for temporary workers in metropolitan areas

本研究的目的在于厘清临时工的劳动供给机制。东京、大坂、名古屋等大都市地区是临时工的劳动力供给地区之一。在这些地区，有大量的人希望成为临时工。本研究分析了他们选择临时工的原因。分析的结果表明，服务性质，如登记简单和就业时间短，是他们选择临时工作人员机构的一个因素。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the labor supply mechanism for temporary workers. One of the labor supply area for temporary workers is the metropolitan areas, such as Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. In these areas there are a large number of people who wish to be temporary workers. This study analyzed why they would choose the temporary work. As a result of analysis, it became clear that character of service like the simplicity of registration and the shortness of the period to employment is a factor as which they choose temporary staffing agency.
