Qualitative analysis based on relatedness evaluation concerning acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的是阐明导致慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的疗养作用。对9例患者进行半结构化访谈。数据采用基于相关性评价的定性分析。因此，建议导致应对过程的习得，以防止急性加重，有意识地捕捉身体状态的变化和环境的变化，重复不允许症状的经历。

The purpose is to clarify the recuperation action that becomes a cause of causing acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The semi-structured interview was executed to nine patients. Data were analyzed by qualitative analysis based on relatedness evaluation. As a result, it was suggested to lead to the acquisition of the coping process to prevent acute exacerbations, catching the change of physical status and the environmental change intentionally, and repeating the experience that does not allow the symptom.
