Assistance program for research and medical care related to disposition criteria for school nurses at special needs schools

学校护士意识与儿童疾病严重程度相关得分之间存在显著的相关关系。随着病情的加重，学校护士的工作量越来越大，负担也越来越重。此外，随着分数的上升，学校护士显然感到更加疲惫。然而，目前还没有办法综合计算出学校护士在疾病严重程度、所需护理的技术难度和护士负责培训的护理学生人数方面所做的工作量的客观数值。如果这些因素可以量化，那么根据学校护士的经验和能力来适当地安置护士可能会变得更容易。

A significant relationship was found between the consciousness of school nurses and the score related to the severity of children's illnesses. With increasing illness severity, school nurses tend to feel a greater burden due to the heavier workload. Moreover, as the score rises, it is apparent that school nurses feel more exhausted. However, there has as yet been no way to comprehensively calculate an objective numerical value for the amount of work performed by school nurses in terms of degree of illness severity, technical difficulty of care required, and the number of nursing students the nurses are responsible for training. If such factors could be quantified, it might become easier to place school nurses appropriately based on their experience and ability.
