Studies on well-being of nursing families and care workers : A comprehensive approach using both qualitative and quantitative methods

通过访谈、问卷调查、参加同伴支持会议的观察以及支持的实践研究，对从事护理工作的专业人员的家庭幸福感以及随着时间的推移和主观幸福感的相关因素（如生活满意度）进行了研究。结果表明，在长期过程中的幸福感变化的条件是不同的家庭和护理人员之间。对护理人员进行的问卷调查表明，在调查的各种心理变量中，心理恢复力或恢复力对主观幸福感的影响最大。

Happiness in families of professionals involved in care work, as well as changes over time and related factors concerning subjective well-being, such as the feeling of satisfaction with life were examined through interviews, questionnaires, participant observation at the peer support conferences, and practical studies of support. The results indicated that the conditions of changes in well-being over the long time course were different between the families and care workers. A questionnaire survey conducted with care workers indicated that among the various psychological variables that were investigated, the mental recuperative power, or resilience, most strongly affected the subjective feeling of happiness.
