A Study on Applicability of Community Bicycle System Considering Area Characteristics

通过三年的研究，从海外自行车运营商那里获得的信息，巴克莱自行车租赁计划的策划者，也是法国拉罗谢尔市副市长，于2012年在东京发表了演讲。我们已经意识到，美国和欧洲的自行车计划已经达到了第三代。在内陆工作方面，我们东京大学和横滨国立大学的实验室工作人员对自行车服务的供应需求进行了定量研究，可以了解自行车的实际使用情况。

Through researches of three years, information obtained from overseas bicycle operators, lecture was presented by the planner of Barclays Cycle Hire Scheme in London, also deputy mayor of La Rochelle, France in 2012 Tokyo. We have realized that the the bike plan of the U. S. and Europe have reached already the third generation. Concerning inland works, our laboratory staff of The University of Tokyo and Yokohama National University made a quantitative study on demand of the supply of Cyclocity service and could know the actual use of bicycles.
