Studies on the role of community and family support for the depression, school refusal, social withdrawal

本研究的目的是从生态学的观点，也就是系统方法和家庭治疗的观点，探讨对心理适应不良的理解和支持方式，如抑郁、拒绝上学和社会退缩。首先，“科因的抑郁症的干扰模型”，抑郁症的生态模型，进行了检查。此外，还编制了与抑郁和社会退缩相关的学校拒绝量表，并分析了各分量表得分与其他变量之间的关系。此外，根据本研究的结果和个案分析，提出了基于生态学观点的拒绝入学支持模式。

The purpose of this study was to examine the way of understanding and support toward psychological maladjustments, for example depression, school refusal, and social withdrawal, from the ecological point of view which was also the view points of the systemic approach and family therapy. First, "Coyne's interactional model of depression", ecological model of depression, was examined. Furthermore, the assessment of school refusal, related with depression and social withdrawal, was developed, and relationships between the subscale scores andothervariables was examined. In addition, from the results of this study and case analysis, support model of school refusal, based on the ecological point of view, was developed.
