The analysis of the stress response on glycemic control in liver

本研究分析了应激大鼠肝脏中激素和应激相关因子的基因表达。结果显示：（1）胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）表达下调，（2，3）IGF结合蛋白-1（IGFBP-1）和11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶-1（11 β-hydroxysteroiddehydrogenase-1，11β-hydroxysteroiddehydrogenase-1，11β-hydroxysteroiddehydrogenase-1）表达上调（11β-HSD1），（4）ER应激标志物的表达下调和（5）胰高血糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）的表达上调2型糖尿病模型小鼠在禁食和再喂养条件下肝脏中的受体。

In this study, we analyzed the gene expression of hormone and stress related factors in liver. We found (1) down-expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), (2,3) up-expression of IGF binding protein-1 (IGFBP-1) and 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase-1 (11β-HSD1), (4) the down-expression of ER stress marker and (5) the up-expression of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor in liver of type 2 diabetic model mice under the conditions of fasting and refeeding.
