Exploration of disease-specific biomarker in systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis.

系统性幼年关节炎(SJIA)的诊断生物标记物仍有待阐明。用天然PAGE结合双向凝胶电泳法对sJIA中的疾病特异性标记进行了探索。4型sJIA患者血清的多肽图谱显示铁相关蛋白、脂蛋白、补体、球蛋白相关分子等几个斑点，这些斑点的图谱与发热患者的对照样本相似。SJIA患者血清中均可检测到结合珠蛋白2-2基因。在sJIA血清中还发现了一个独特的转甲状腺激素结合蛋白复合体。这些结果可能是建立sJIA特异性生物标志物的一个突破。

Diagnostic biomarker in systemic juvenile arthritis (sJIA) remains to be elucidated. An exploration of disease-specific marker in sJIA was conducted with a native PAGE-combined 2-DE. Peptide mapping with sera form 4 sJIA patients revealed several spots such as iron-related proteins, lipoproteins, complements, globulin-related molecules, which were similar in profiling pattern to the control samples from febrile patients. Haptoglobin 2-2 genotype was uniformaly detected in sJIA sera. A unique transthyretin-combined protein complex was also profiled in sJIA sera. These results might be a breakthrough in establishing sJIA-specific biomarker.
