The Reflexive Relationship between the Narratives in Law and Fiction

本研究项目旨在突出现实法庭中进行的叙事与文学、电视剧、电影等虚构叙事之间的反身关系。除了可以影响对法律问题的一般态度的当代通俗小说，反之亦然，英国的几个法庭案件，日本的法律咨询和陪审团讨论也被分析，主题集中在种族和性别问题上，方法上采用民族方法学。我们对社会中各种叙事的调查表明，在多民族、多元文化的社会中，有可能存在另一种秩序制定。

This research project aimed to highlight the reflexive relationship between the narratives carried out in the actual law court and the narratives in fiction such as literature, TV dramas and films. As well as contemporary popular fiction, which can affect general attitudes towards law issues and vice-versa, several court cases in the UK, legal consultations and jury discussions in Japan were analyzed, thematically focusing on ethnic and gender issues, methodologically employing ethnomethodology. Our investigation of various narratives in society suggests possibilities of alternative order-makings in multi-ethnic, multicultural societies.
