Integrated research on local knowledge of food

本研究对越南、不丹和西伯利亚的当地食物知识进行了研究，并从文化人类学、发展人类学和生态人类学三个角度对研究结果进行了比较。结果发现，随着现代化进程的推进，各个学科和地区的自然环境、食物与人之间的相关性存在差异。在此基础上，结合市场经济和现代知识的复杂形势，构建了地方知识区域研究的框架。

In this study, we researched on the local knowledge about the food in Vietnam, Bhutanand Siberia, and compared research results from three points of view cultural anthropology, development studies and ecological anthropology. As a result, it was found that in accordance with the progress of modernization, there is a difference in the correlation between natural environment, food and human beings in each subject and region. Then we considered the complex situation of the market economy and modern knowledge, we constructed a framework for area studies on local knowledge.
